This project develops a data‑driven Probation Health Needs Assessment in H&F, RBKC and Westminster to understand health needs, access, and inequalities among adults on probation, using WSIC data to inform integrated service planning and commissioning

It will strengthen analytical capability and partnership working between probation, local authorities and the NHS by establishing clear processes for using linked health and justice data safely and effectively. The work will support more informed commissioning and service design across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, improving how organisations plan services for inclusion health populations. Professionally, the project will build analytical expertise within public health teams and create reusable methods for future health needs assessments.
