Supports neighbourhood health models in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea by using WSIC data to develop population health insights, monitor inequalities, evaluate interventions, and enable proactive, integrated care and evidence-based decision-making.
In addition to the direct public and patient benefits, this project will provide significant organisational and
professional benefits by strengthening the use of population health intelligence and evidence-based decision
making across the Bi-Borough. The project will support the development of consistent neighbourhood-level
analytical frameworks, metrics and reporting methodologies that can be reused and scaled across Integrated
Neighbourhood Teams and wider system partners.
