OneLondon has published its 2024 Highlights Report setting out our work together during the year and celebrating some of the people involved (18 December 2024).
Our achievements as a partnership include:
- Connecting more staff to the London Care Record and sharing more data across the Capital through the tool.
- Expanding the Universal Care Plan to support Londoners with sickle cell disease and integrating it with the NHS App so people can view their care plans.
- Launching our new programme to support faster, safer and more joined-up mental health care in London and going live with the new eMHA by Thalamos system in the first of six Mental Health Trusts.
- Making great progress automating the transfer of patient information between ambulance teams and Emergency Departments and developing the OneLondon Secure Data Environment to support improvements in direct care, planning and research.

Luke Readman, Director of Digital Transformation NHS England (London Region), said:
“I have been proud to be part of the OneLondon partnership since its creation. I think 2024 has been our most significant year yet with important progress in so many areas for the benefit of communities across the Capital and beyond.”
Joss Palmer, OneLondon Programme Director, said:
“Thanks go to colleagues from across London. We have worked hand in hand together as OneLondon to really make a difference. We have ambitious plans to do even more together in 2025 and we look forward to working with you all to build on this year’s achievements for the benefit of the communities we serve.”
